Hi! My name is Phoebe, the Vice President of Membership Recruitment for the UC Davis chapter of Alpha Phi.

 

I think everyone can agree that change is tough. Starting college as a freshman was tough, to say the least. I was overwhelmed with all the opportunities and experiences that were about to come my way until I walked into Alpha Phi. The women of Alpha Phi reassured me that they would have my back through these tough changes. They were not lying. The last three years that I have been a part of Alpha Phi have been filled with support and true friendship. I currently get to stand with over one hundred women who inspire me to jump into change instead of dread it. I cannot express how grateful I am to be a part of such an inclusive, diverse and compassionate group of women. Alpha Phi gave me my home away from home but also pushed me to my full potential. I ask those who are thinking about going through the recruitment process to jump in because you will not regret it. No matter what you will find the place for you!
